We utilize the major research instruments of the Siegen Micro- and Nanoanalytics Facility MNaF. Our comprehensive equipment for the preparation of small samples, e.g., for SEM and TEM (cutting, grinding/polishing, ion millingm coating), as well as for the synthesis of materials on Paul-Bonatz campus is provided to MNaF users as well.
